Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can arise. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:

Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will not be receiving back the initial deposit.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file when scheduling an appointment. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, or late arrival policies.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged 50% of the missed session fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients. Your stylist will determine whether there is enough time remaining to provide treatment. Regardless of the session length, you will be charged the full session fee plus an additional $10 for every 10 minutes past the scheduled session. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please plan to arrive on time.

Variable Pricing

The length of your hair may impact the price, as longer hair often requires more time and product to complete services such as coloring, styling, or treatments. Similarly, the density or thickness of your hair can also affect the cost if additional effort or resources are needed. Additionally, the condition of your hair may play a role.
